Ujala Khalid is a qualified Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan and holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London.

She has extensive professional legal experience, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, managing complex matters and advising clients across commercial, corporate, insurance and liability, and litigation support matters. Her experience spans both national and international contexts and includes extensive client consultation, case management, legal analysis, drafting and strategic advice, developed through work with clients and law firms across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Ujala’s core expertise lies in commercial and corporate law, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, business sale and purchase agreements, commercial leasing arrangements, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance documentation, alongside insurance and liability matters, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution support. She also has experience in immigration and visa matters, including reviewing supporting evidence and preparing submissions and correspondence, drawing on her broader skills in legal analysis, documentation and client advisory support.

Currently, Ujala manages a broad range of commercial, corporate and litigation support matters within the firm, working closely with clients to deliver practical, strategic legal solutions. Her day-to-day work involves in-depth client consultation, legal research and drafting, contract review and negotiation, and the effective case management of complex and multifaceted legal matters from inception through to resolution.
