Shauki is a qualified lawyer with a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law from the UK. She has extensive experience in legal practice, research and case management, working across a range of legal and professional environments and supporting clients on matters involving multiple jurisdictions.

Her areas of experience include immigration, family and commercial law, corporate and contractual matters, employment and labour law, human rights, regulatory compliance, legal research and policy. She has also worked with consultancy organisations and international not-for-profit organisations, contributing to legal, compliance, safeguarding and organisational policy matters.

Shauki has particular experience in supporting complex immigration and commercial matters, including case preparation, legal research, contractual review, regulatory requirements and client documentation.

Currently, Shauki manages and supports immigration, family and commercial law matters within the firm, working closely with clients and legal professionals to provide practical, research-driven legal support.

Shauki is fluent in English and Bengali, with working knowledge of spoken Hindi and Urdu.
