If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation prescribes that there is a guarantee in respect of services or good supplied, and i-Global Lawyer’s liability for breach of that guarantee may not be excluded in its entirety, i-Global Lawyers’ liability for such a breach will be limited to, in the case of a supply of goods, replacing or repairing the goods. In the case of supply of services, supplying the services again or paying the reasonable cost of having the services supplied again.

Indemnity

You indemnify and hold i-Global Lawyers harmless for all loss or damage, expenses, costs or fines which may arise out of, or in connection to your use of the i-Global Lawyers website.

This indemnity provision includes, without any limitation, liability relating to IP/copyright infringements, defamation, trademark infringement or defamation.
